Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. Creating an account means you have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

A Brief Overview of the Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the vbaji platform and its users. In this document, "vbaji", "we", "our" refers to the organization operating this platform, and "user", "you", "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

Using our services means you have read, understood, and accepted these complete terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using our platform. If anything is unclear, contact our support team.

Important: This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.

Definitions and Interpretation

Platform

The vbaji website, mobile version, and all associated services are collectively referred to as the "Platform". This platform includes online casino games, sports betting, crash games, bingo, and various other gaming services.

Account

When a user registers at vbaji, the personal profile and wallet created in their name is referred to as an "Account". Only one account per person is permitted.

Wager / Bet

Financial participation on the outcome of any game or sport is referred to as a "wager" or "bet". Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs on the platform.

Bonus Funds

Money provided as a promotional offer is referred to as "Bonus Funds". These funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

Eligibility and Account Opening Requirements

2.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To create an account at vbaji, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age (restricted to 21+).
  • You are using this service voluntarily and of sound mind.
  • All information you provide is true, complete, and up to date.
  • You are registering in your own name as the sole account holder.

Important Note: Only one account is permitted per person, device, or household. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and funds forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vbaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when required. The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method.

vbaji reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security and Password

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please strictly follow the points below:

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform us immediately.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.

You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If it is proven that a third party has used your account without authorisation, vbaji will take appropriate action.

All transactions and data exchanges on vbaji are secured by SSL encryption technology. Your personal and financial information is always kept safe.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • The mobile number or bank account used to make a deposit must be registered in your name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions may be returned.
4.2

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vbaji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms apply to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus is added automatically only at the time of the first deposit.
  • The bonus amount will never exceed ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,200 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met:

  • Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
  • Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
  • If wagering is not completed within a specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

Remember: Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

The vbaji VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Your VIP tier depends on your overall activity. Cashback is credited directly to your account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. vbaji's system holds final authority in determining results.

6.2

Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or hardware issue, vbaji reserves the right to void that bet and the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.3

Fair Play

All games at vbaji operate on provably fair technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined by any external factor and each game result is independent.

6.4

Betting Limits

vbaji sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and markets. These limits may change at any time and are displayed within each game's interface.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Conducting artificial transactions or bets by exploiting bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
  • Using any software, bot, or algorithm to cheat the gaming system.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
  • Misconduct or threats towards other users or staff.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Creating an account with false or incorrect information.
  • Making transactions using a third-party payment method.

Warning: Any of the above activities may lead to legal action. vbaji reserves the right to report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nature of the Service

vbaji is an online gaming platform. Gaming is inherently risky and there is a possibility of financial loss. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating in games voluntarily and with full awareness.
  • vbaji is not responsible for any financial losses.
  • vbaji is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
  • vbaji reserves the right to make corrections if there are errors in market information or results.

8.2 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or uncontrollable circumstances. In the event of any active bets during this time, the relevant amount will be refunded. vbaji aims to keep service interruptions as brief as possible, and scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance.

vbaji believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We encourage all our users to follow the guidelines below:

  • Never place bets using borrowed money or someone else's funds.

9.2 Self-Control Features

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. If you object to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining funds.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1

Closure by vbaji

vbaji may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of the terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to verify identity.
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Legal or regulatory directives.
11.2

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed:

  • All active bets must be settled.
  • Remaining funds must be withdrawn (excluding bonus funds).
  • Identity verification must be completed.
